With a master’s degree in philosophy, Olivier Boulin has always had an interest in the winemaking sector, helping to harvest grapes each year on his friends’ estates. So he quite naturally decided to acquire a solid foundation by working in Australia to produce wine, then in Chablis and finally on Sylvain Pataille’s estate in Marsannay. He also worked diligently and obtained his viticulture and oenology Advanced Technician’s Certificate. With a wealth of stimulating encounters and incredible human adventures behind him, he decided to set up his own wine trading business, reflecting his vision of wine. And so the Nez de Goth adventure began. He sources his wines from partner winemakers and friends, producing only organically or biodynamically grown grapes. Olivier Boulin doesn’t confine himself to a single region, offering unique cuvées from the Jura, Savoie and Burgundy. His emotionally charged cuvées reflect Olivier Boulin’s energy and passion.
