Toscana IGT Collezione Privata Chardonnay Isole e olena 2020

Nestled in a vast wooded area, the Chardonnay vines flourish at an altitude of around 450 metres where biodiversity abounds. Human intervention is limited in the vineyard unless absolutely necessary, so as not to interfere with the natural development of each vine. The Chardonnay grapes are hand-picked and then undergo low-intervention vinification. After fermentation, the cuvée is matured for 12 months in barrels. The wine is then bottled and left to rest for a few months before being released on the market.
In the glass, this Chardonnay reveals an intense yellow colour. The expressive nose reveals scents of orange blossom and citrus fruit, complemented by succulent notes of honey. The rich, powerful palate combines spicy aromas with hints of toast, leading to a long, elegant and harmonious finish.
