We invite you on a journey to the United States, at the heart of the Sandlands vineyard in California. This estate was established by Tegan Passalacqua, who has made forgotten grape varieties his trademark. This inspired Napa Valley native honed his skills in winemaking labs and travelled the world’s winegrowing regions, including New Zealand, South Africa with Eben Sadie and the Rhône Valley at Domaine Graillots.
Produced in relatively small quantities, this wood-aged wine is truly generous. Fruity notes evoking apple, quince and citrus fruits, combined with hints of vanilla typical of the ageing process, create a full-bodied texture teeming with character. This is most definitely a gastronomic wine!
