Information
At the heart of the Côte de Beaune, between Meursault to the north and Chassagne-Montrachet to the south, Puligny-Montrachet is a historic Burgundian winegrowing village, renowned for producing some of the world’s finest Chardonnays. With an exceptional terroir, the estate combines the best parcels of Puligny-Montrachet grapes to produce a wine with an elegant, authentic style. Once harvested, the grapes are vinified according to traditional methods, with minimal human intervention.
The bright golden colour complemented by greenish hues reveals an expressive bouquet opening on aromas of almond, hazelnut, lemongrass and green apple. On the palate, delicious aromas of caramel and crème brûlée combine harmoniously with a subtle minerality, culminating in a lively, fresh and persistent finish. The aromatic spectrum of this cuvée will reveal aromas of jammy yellow fruit and hints of spice over the years.
