Information
This Blanc de Blancs is a blend of two grand cru terroirs from the Côte des Blancs. The chalky terroir of Mesnil-sur-Oger and the round, deeply rooted vineyard of Oger contribute to the complexity of this cuvée. The grapes are meticulously picked at peak ripeness to preserve the high-quality raw material. Most of the winemaking process is then conducted in stainless steel vats, allowing the fresh, floral aromas to develop. The final stages are completed in wood, adding flavour and complexity to the cuvée.
The shimmering robe reveals a fine, elegant effervescence. The bouquet reveals a remarkable richness and breathtaking roundness, provided by the prestigious Oger terroir. The lively and clean attack reveals a long mineral structure leading to an elegant, slightly iodised finish.
