Nuits Saint-Georges premier cru ranks as a leading appellation in the Burgundy winemaking landscape, producing some of the region’s finest, most flavoursome and cellar-worthy red wines. The rigorous harvest season is followed by a lengthy and meticulous vinification process. The Pinot Noir grapes are entirely hand-picked to harvest whole bunches of the highest quality. In the winery, each step is carefully thought through to limit inputs and to allow the terroir to naturally reveal its personality.
The dark purple colour unveils a wild and expressive nose, characterised by aromas of small black fruit and hints of undergrowth. The exquisitely fine palate reveals a superb balance of depth and length, typical of the finest wines, leading to a flavoursome, fruity finish. This cuvée can easily be cellared for a decade.
