Information
This Blanc de Noirs cuvée is produced from Pinot Noir grapes grown in two separate localities planted on clay-limestone soils on the Côte des Bar. Each parcel enjoys a northerly exposure, ensuring that the vines benefit from ideal, perfectly balanced sunshine. In the winery, the Pinot Noir grapes are vinified in casks and fermentation is triggered by native yeasts. After 10 months of careful ageing on lees, the cuvée is aged for a further 15 months on laths.
The golden-yellow colour, enhanced by a fine, delicate effervescence, reveals an expressive nose, with intense fruit aromas mingling with subtle floral touches. In the mouth, powerful aromas of yellow fruit gently lead to a full, saline, lingering finish. This cuvée can easily be forgotten for a few years in the cellar.
