This single-variety cuvée is cultivated using biodynamic methods that are respectful of the terroir, using only natural techniques with no additives. These vines are densely planted on the Carco and Lumio plots, and the winemaking process takes place in temperature-controlled tanks, followed by a maturation process on lees in stainless steel and cement tanks. The final blend is bottled without fining or filtering.
This wine stands out with its finesse, fluctuating harmoniously between crisp and earthy. This cuvée is fairly dense, with a complex aromatic profile. The nose boasts notes of nuts like almonds and pistachios, apple compote, pear, Mirabelle plums, dried flowers and forest floor. The palate first flaunts a soft, almost candy-like flavour, followed by hints of citrus and ending on a structured mineral quality. Everything is well-balanced and refined for a symphony of flavours.
