Information
This lively and vibrant Brut Nature is composed of 90% Pinot Noir grapes and 10% Chardonnay grapes, including 40% reserve wines. The vines are worked biodynamically, vinified without the addition of dosage, highlighting the purity and authentic expression of the grape. Malolactic fermentation takes place naturally, followed by a light sulphur treatment to preserve the freshness of the must. Ageing in 228-litre barrels for at least ten months brings remarkable complexity and structure to the Champagne.
Now for the tasting - this cuvée has a clear and crystalline colour. On the nose, captivating notes of red and citrus fruits emerge, along with subtle hints of yellow fruits, nuts and dried flowers. On the palate, the attack is full and ripe, and the finish is long and pleasant, offering the perfect balance between liveliness and minerality.
