Information
This Chambolle-Musigny Premier Cru, made from 35 year old vines rooted in the limestones soils of Les Feusselottes, enjoy perfect sunny exposure. This encourages optimum ripeness, producing grapes that are rich and incredibly concentrated.
The vinification process is done according to traditional methods which are characterised by a period in stainless steel vats to preserve the purity of aromas and flavours. Then ageing in barrels from Burgundy completes the wine, giving it more character and complexity, while preserving its natural elegance.
On the nose, notes of delicate flowers blend harmoniously with flavours of ripe, preserved red and black fruits, cherries, strawberries, spices and peonies. On the palate, the ripe fruit unfolds elegantly, accompanied by a subtle tannic structure. The lingering finish adds a touch of opulence to this exceptional cuvée.
