Les Lavières produced by Domaine du Puy de l’Ours is a single-vineyard Pinot Noir from the Savigny-lès-Beaune terroir. The limestone and clay soils of this 1er Cru confer remarkable finesse and depth on this cuvée. This wine is initially vinified in stainless steel vats before being aged in Burgundy oak casks. The carefully monitored ageing process contributes to the harmonious structure of this wine, which offers good ageing potential and improves with age.
