Information
This cuvée, crafted from Albariño vines, is an iconic white wine from the Rías Baixas region in Galicia, known for its fresh and mineral wines. The Rías Baixas appellation is characterised by an oceanic climate with distinct Atlantic influences. The terroir mainly consists of granite soils, rich in sand and minerals, which contribute to the wine’s vibrancy and minerality. The grapes are hand-harvested, with each bunch carefully selected to preserve their freshness. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to maintain the primary fruit aromas. The wine is then aged on fine lees for several months, adding complexity and body.
In the glass, this cuvée displays a pale yellow colour with green hues. The nose is expressive, revealing aromas of citrus fruits, white fruit, and a subtle saline note. On the palate, the wine is lively and crisp, with beautiful minerality, leading to a long, refreshing finish.
