Information
This white wine, crafted from Albariño grapes, comes from the Genoveva vineyard, a historic locality where century-old vines, planted in granitic soils with a sandy composition, perfectly express the purity of the terroir. These soils provide optimal drainage, imparting minerality and finesse to the cuvée. The grapes are hand-harvested to ensure their freshness. Fermentation is triggered spontaneously by native yeasts, in used oak barrels, allowing the expression of the fruit to be preserved while adding subtle texture and complexity to the wine. It is then aged on fine lees for around 12 months, without any stirring, further enhancing its depth.
In the glass, this white wine reveals a pale yellow colour with golden reflections. The nose is intense, revealing aromas of citrus fruits, stone fruits, and a subtle saline note. On the palate, the wine is broad and lively, complemented by a marked minerality that leads to a persistent, wonderfully fragrant finish.
