Information
The Oakville terroir is defined by mineral-rich alluvial soils that offer excellent drainage and optimal sun exposure. These conditions promote slow, even ripening, allowing Cabernet Sauvignon to develop layered flavours and a finely balanced tannic structure. In this environment, the grape variety produces wines of notable depth and impressive ageing potential. In the winery, the grapes are vinified using traditional, low-intervention methods.
The wine reveals a deep red hue with an intense, expressive bouquet. The nose delivers generous aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and black cherry, lifted by subtle cedar, tobacco and vanilla notes. On the palate, a generous, velvety attack opens onto fine, well-integrated tannins supported by vibrant acidity, leading into an indulgent and gently spiced finish, carried by pure black fruit.
