This Fourchame Premier Cru is a mineral Chablis with floral aromas. The refined palate stands out for its excellent length.
About the Producer Chantemerle
Domaine Chantemerle was created in the 1960s. The vines (aged 25 years on average) grow on clayey-limestone soils. The wines are only matured in vats as the domaine wishes to avoid marking the wine with the wood. The domaine thus produces superbly mineral and lively Chablis.
