Domain: Château de Léoube

Situated opposite the stunning Hyères islands in Bormes-les-Mimosas, nestles the stunning chateau of Léoube. Romain Ott is a fourth-generation winegrower, devoted to the production of well-balanced, organic wines. Ott trained as an agricultural engineer and specialised in oenology, bringing new energy and enthusiasm to the domaine when he took over in 2000. The wines here have a distinct identity: consistently expressive, elegant and balanced. There are just 60 ha of vineyard among the estate’s 560 ha sprawl, which also includes several hectares of olive groves.

40% Grenache, 40% Cinsault, 10% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre

There’s no doubt that the Mediterranean leaves its mark on this Rosé de Léoube. Seductively light, it presents fruity, floral notes with a hint of spice and a lingering freshness on the palate. An accomplished, elegant rosé!
