Domain: François de Nicolaÿ

Having lived in Paris for a few years, François de Nicolaÿ, chose to take over the running of the family domain in Savigny-lès-Beaune (Chandon de Briailles) in the early 2000s. Striving to create authentic and soulful wines, this Burgundian producers prioritises biodynamic viticulture and natural vinifications. Some years later, he created the François de Nicolaÿ house, which buys in grapes on the condition that they are organic, biodynamic, or in the process of conversion. Its wines are characterised by their delicacy and light profile.
