Without doubt Chateau Le Puy is one of the most innovative estates in Bordeaux. The vines are managed according to biodynamic principles. With its Côtes des Francs, the Château produces magnificent reds which are well-balanced, concentrated and absolutely delicious. To revive the myth of galleons lying on the bottom of the sea containing bottles of wine, the Château has even experimented with aging a cuvée under water.
