About the Producer Georges Remy

Georges Rémy, based in Bouzy on the Montagne de Reims, is one of Champagne’s most emblematic winemakers, producing exceptional cuvées from parcels in Bouzy, Grand Cru in Ambonnay, Tauxières and Premier Cru in Louvois. Since 2015, the winemaker has been following organic farming methods in his vineyards and cellar, to better understand his soils and with the aim of preserving and expressing the flavours of this incredible terroir. The vineyard was awarded organic certification in 2018, and makes every effort to produce authentic, premium wines that are both delicate and expressive. In addition to classic Champagnes, the domain also produces Côteaux Champenois still wines. This little-known regional appellation is the birthplace of particularly tasty and rare cuvées. In the winery, the Champagnes and Côteaux Champenois are carefully vinified and matured on fine lees in casks, establishing the vineyard as one of Bouzy’s most coveted signatures.
