The vines benefit from a temperate climate, warm days and cool nights, allowing for slow, even ripening. Following manual harvests, fermentation is triggered in open-top vats. The wine then spends 11 months in French oak casks, adding a subtle woody influence while respecting the expression of the fruit.
A dazzling ruby hue emerges in the glass. On the nose, aromas of black cherry and raspberry intertwine with spice notes and floral nuances. The palate displays beautiful acidity, a velvety texture and delicate tannins, culminating in a persistent finish marked by notes of spice-laced red fruits.
