This 100% Pinot Noir, noble by nature, undergoes a fortnight’s maceration in whole bunches before gently maturing for seven months in the delicate embrace of barrels. The 100% Pinot Noir grapes are carefully selected and blend with the terroir to create a rich red wine that expresses the quintessence of the Yonne PGI. Each sip leads back to the rolling hills, revealing Robinette’s unique character.
