The Nebbiolo vines thrive in the region’s exceptionally well-drained limestone and marl soils. The west and south-west exposure provide the vines with the ideal amount of sunshine for the grapes to ripen properly. In the winery, the winemaking process is traditional and low interventionist, with sulphur kept to the bare minimum.
The clear and shiny ruby-red colour promises a highly expressive bouquet. The nose is indeed characterised by intense red fruit and spice aromas, complemented by a distinctive elegance. The rich and ample palate majestically affirms the delicious aromas of the nose and delicately leads to a fresh, fruity and persistent finish.
