The wine

Viticultural practices implemented in the Chardonnay vineyard are designed to respect the environment by reducing the use of chemicals to a minimum. The finest Chardonnay vines, nestling at an altitude of around 260 metres, benefit from a south-facing position, providing the ideal amount of sunshine for the grapes to ripen properly. The region’s ancient limestone and marl rocks contribute to the fruit’s character and distinctive aromas.
The elegant, bright colour reveals a bouquet especially typical of Meursault wines, characterised by intense aromas of grilled hazelnut, white peach and poached pear, complemented by subtle notes of acacia. On the palate, fine yellow fruit flavours mingle in a seductive texture, leading to a finish marked by hints of flint and lemon aromas. This 100% Chardonnay will reveal its finest, most elegant aromas in its youth.
