Tasting this Nuits-Saint-Georges reveals a certain fruitiness; its tannins are seductively soft. It is slightly spiced in the mouth, and cellaring will temper it even more... although its generosity is already irresistible.
About the Producer Gilles Remoriquet
Gilles Remoriquet is located on this 10 hectare family domaine, which has seen four generations of wine growers unfold. An enologist, Gilles is a graduate of the University of Dijon. He respects the Burgundian model of wine traditions: ploughing, limited yields, manual harvesting and barrel élevage. He markets a fine selection of premier crus at Nuits-Saint-Georges and Vosne-Romanée, all of which reflect his talent.
