The wine

Red Chorey is a light wine, supple and very moderately tannic. Its colour is not very intense. Its fine aromas express Morello cherry and raspberry. These wines are more elegant and powerful. There is no Premier Cru Chorey-lès-Beaune, moreover these wines are used to make up the Côte de Beaune-Villages.
