Le Clos Jus is one of Givry's best-known wines, and here it gives a very typical wine, with sustained minerality and a generous fruitiness.
About the Producer Gérard Mouton
It was Eugène Mouton who directed the family domaine towards viticulture, then his son, grandson and great-grandson continued this work. Since 2002, Laurent Mouton has managed the 12-hectare vineyard in Givry, planted with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and a little Aligoté. His wines reflect the identity of the Givry soil particularly well and are nuanced and delicate.
