What makes this wine special?
Having commenced operations 25 years ago, the domain has decided to embark on the adventure of white wine production with this blend of Piquepoul and Bourboulenc grapes.
More infoMatured for six months in stainless steel tanks, this is the first time this quarter-century-old domain has vinified a white wine. And what a success it is! It is a simple, fresh expression of citrus notes with great length, richness and fullness.
About the Producer Canet-Valette
★ Partner ProducerThe Canet Valette domain, in Saint-Chinian, was created by Marc Valette in 1992. The vineyards cover 20 hectares of southern-facing limestone-clay terroir.
