This 100% Pinot Noir, noble by nature, undergoes a fortnight’s maceration in whole bunches before gently maturing for seven months in the delicate embrace of barrels. This pure, splendid wine of exquisite finesse reveals itself in this way, weaving a sensory story that captivates from the very first sip.
Nested in the unique terroir of Robinette, the certified organic vineyard has been steeped in the Guyot family tradition for generations. A winegrowing heritage that shapes each bottle, revealing the story and passion of Raphaëlle Guyot. The traditional manual harvest meets innovative techniques to create a wine of rare complexity. The unique terroir of the Yonne PGI is the birthplace of this exceptional wine.
The 100% Pinot Noir grapes are carefully selected and blend with the terroir to create a rich red wine that expresses the quintessence of the Yonne PGI. Each sip leads back to the rolling hills, revealing Robinette’s unique character.
This cuvée releases a seductive bouquet of red fruit aromas complemented by subtle spicy notes. On the palate, the silky texture and elegant tannins combine to create a memorable symphony of flavours.
