Nuits-Saint-Georges Les Cailles presents aromas of rose and fresh fruit as well as notes of vanilla, licorice and spices. Full-bodied on the plate with plenty of volume, it has a silky texture and delightful freshness.

About the Producer Robert Chevillon

Domaine Chevillon, in Nuits-Saint-Georges, was created in the 1900s by Symphorien Chevillon. Since 2003, the brothers Denis and Bertrand have been running this 13-hectare farm. Although the domaine is discrete, its wines are no less famous and sought-after (especially for export). They are characterised by very beautiful fruit, subtle élevage and great finesse.
