More infoThe En Busigny climat, nestling in Meursault, is home to Aligoté vines, on average around fifty years old. The grapes are gently pressed following meticulous harvests. The juice then ferments in stainless steel vats before being transferred to casks, two thirds of which are small 228-litre barrels and one-third large 600-litre wooden casks. The cuvée is then matured for 12 months in casks, and once the different cuvées have been blended, a further six months are spent in stainless steel vats before bottling.
The bright colour tinged with light golden reflections reveals a fresh, elegant bouquet of ripe citrus fruit and hints of fresh butter. In the mouth, the perfectly blended tannins, sublimated by delicious aromas of brioche, delicately lead to a persistent, authentic finish. This cuvée can easily be cellared for several years.

About the Producer Rémi Jobard
The Jobard family has been producing wine in Meursault for many generations. In 1993, Rémi Jobard took over from his father Charles (he had already made his first vintage in 1991). The vineyard has been organic since 2005, certified since 2011 (conversion started in 2008). Rémi Jobard is a very talented winemaker, making delicate, smooth and supple Meursaults, which age with class and whose élevage is always neatly carried out. This area is one of the best of the appellation.
