Lot presentation

Nuits-Saint-Georges Les Terrasses Château Gris - Albert Bichot 2016

The wine

This wine is produced in very limited quantities - 3.000 bottles a year, and rarely more. It has a beautiful mineral quality, precise definition and delicate floral aromas.

About the Producer Château Gris - Albert Bichot

Château Gris has belonged to the Bichot family since 1978, a 19th century building in the middle of a 3.5 hectare clos. Bichot uses this monopole surrounded by a 1.2 km dry stone wall, where the vineyard is planted in terraces on the hill slope at an altitude of 280m. The land at the foot of the Château produces the red Nights-Saint-Georges Premier Cru Château Gris while those at altitude are planted with Chardonnay and produce the Nuits-Saint-Georges Les Terrasses en Blanc.
