Under the expert hands of Héléana and André-Jean Morin, biodiversity is preserved, enabling them to produce a wine that encapsulates the very essence of the Jura terroir.
This nectar of exceptional elegance offers a complex range of aromas. Floral and almond aromas harmoniously combine with characteristic saline notes. A silky texture unveils walnut, citrus and honey flavours, dancing delicately on the palate.
This wine is perfect with an avocado mousse starter, followed by chicken fillets. A mushroom risotto followed by a lemon meringue pie will complement each note to the delight vegetarians.
