During this immersive experience on 9 and 10 October 2025, you will be treated to a dinner in the château’s private dining room and a sneak-peek of the 2025 vintage with a wine tasting straight from the barrels in the cellar.
You’ll be picked up from one of two meeting points in Bordeaux and driven to the château in private cars. Once at Château Haut-Bailly, your immersion will start with a private visit of the estate led by Véronique Sanders, its president. After a Champagne-based cocktail hour, you will be invited to the château’s private reception rooms for a dinner of several courses, each one accompanied by the property’s wines alongside Véronique Sanders and members of the iDealwine team. You will then spend the night in the heart of the vineyard at the Chartreuse de Haut-Bailly. The next day, after breakfast, you’ll head to the cellar for an exclusive wine tasting of the 2025 vintage. This immersive experience includes:
- Private visit around the property and its cellars
- Dinner in the château's private dining room
- An overnight stay and breakfast
- Exclusive wine tasting
- Transfers between Bordeaux and Château Haut-Bailly (leaving around 5pm on Thursday 9 October and returning to Bordeaux around midday on Friday 10 October)
The event will be conducted principally in French, but Véronique Sanders won’t forget to include English for those who don’t speak French.
