This original, elegant cuvée displays controlled power, allowing finesse and freshness to shine through.

More info

The Aragon cuvée is produced from old vines of Muscat with small berries, growing and flourishing on schist and limestone soils. Each vine, cultivated according to organic viticultural principles, spreads its roots deeply to extract all the nutrients it requires from the soil to flourish. To preserve the quality of the raw material, the grapes are harvested entirely by hand at peak ripeness. The Muscat grapes are carefully transported to the winery where they are rigorously sorted. The vinification process begins with direct pressing followed by fermentation in jars.
The golden colour reveals a floral bouquet, characterised by fine aromas of yellow fruit such as peach and apricot, enhanced by a remarkable mineral structure. On the palate, the delicious fruity aromas are perfectly integrated in an unctuous texture, delicately leading to a slightly lemony finish exuding freshness.
