12.5%
0.75L
Intensity
A lively, mineral Chablis with Premier Cru poise, revealing fine body and cutting acidity, flowing into a saline finish.
More infoLes Pargues is a Chablis Village wine from a highly regarded locality situated between the Premiers Crus Vaillons and Montmains. The Chardonnay vines grow on Kimmeridgian marl and limestone soils marked by layers of clay and fossil-rich limestone. The grapes are carefully hand-harvested at peak ripeness. In the winery, the fruit undergoes gentle pressing before spontaneous fermentation in stainless-steel vats with native yeasts. The wine is then aged for several months on fine lees before bottling.
In the glass, the pale, bright yellow hue is immediately appealing. The bouquet offers generous aromas of candied lemon and lime. Floral notes mingle with a superb mineral backbone. A clean attack unfolds into intense citrus flavours, leading to a long, mineral finish.

About the Producer Vocoret & Fils
The Vocoret family is virtually impossible to miss when exploring the vineyards of Chablis. For four generations, each of the family’s winegrowers was born in the heart of the old and emblematic village of Chablis. Edouard Vocoret founded the domain in 1870. The domain has always cultivated its vines with great respect for the environment and the terroir, to ensure the natural expression of each of its characteristics. After relocating, the domain was run by Robert Vocoret and his wife Yvonne. Together, they continually expanded the family business by acquiring new parcels. After the reins were passed on to their two sons, Michel and Claude, the domain continued to prosper and relocated in Chablis once again. Today, with around forty hectares, the vineyard is admirably tended by Jérôme and Patrice, Michel and Claude’s respective sons. The cutting edge winery and sumptuous cellars ensure intense cuvées that capture the full aromatic range of the Chablis terroirs.
