The wine
A garnet colour with hints of brightness reveals an almost shy nose. On the palate, this wine is light, with aromas of dark fruit punctuated by spiced notes. With a fifteen-year ageing potential, it will be at its best when decanted an hour before serving.
About the Producer Bouchard Père & Fils
Bouchard Père & Fils, founded in 1731, is one of the most important houses of Burgundy. Owned by Henriot Champagnes since 1995, this house has considerably expanded and is now one of the best merchants of Burgundy. This house also has its own domain of 130 hectares.
