The wine
Grown on sloping land, the grapes give an elegant wine. Its garnet shade with glints of purple presents a nose with aromas of black cherry and some toasted hints. It is rich and gentle on the palate, with refined tannins that give an ample and persistent finish. We advise you to age this wine for five to seven years before enjoying it with a poultry dish.
About the Producer Dominique Mugneret
Dominique Mugneret, in addition to his domaines, operates three of the largest terroirs on the Côte de Nuits: Les Saint Georges (premier cru in Nuits), and the grand crus Richebourg (in Vosne-Romanée) and Clos de Vougeot. He is a wine grower who produces wines of great distinction, which testify to the magnificent terroirs from which they are derived.
