Philippe Valette belongs to the third generation of wine growers in charge of the 8.5-hectare family domaine of the Mâconnais coast, producing exclusively white wines. Converted into organic farming in 1992, the domaine pays special attention to soil and vines throughout the year. The wines are neither filtered nor clarified. Philippe Valette likes to take his time, the élevage of his wines is done depending on their maturity, not according to the market.
