The wine

From a clay-chalk terroir at the edge of Têt, the must of this natural sweet wine was fermented, bringing a sugar residue without denaturing the aromas of its original grape varieties. Matured in oak barrels, this wine reveals beautiful, oaky aromas. Its amber colour with hints of deep brown exude a nose of candied fruit. The pleasantly round palate is particularly long-lasting. An ideal wine to serve alongside cheese, game or as an aperitif.
