What the experts say...
Assessed both at the Pessac–Léognan group tasting at Château Olivier and at Domaine de Chevalier, this wine, cropped at a healthy 38 hl/ha, reflects a low pH of 3.21 with a certain steeliness on the palate, but also tonicity and Granny Smith Apple freshness. It could use a bit more breadth and depth but I like the energy from the medium-bodied palate. Decanter
