About the Producer Guillot-Broux
★ Partner ProducerIn 1954, Pierre and Jeannine Guillot created the first organic vineyard of Burgundy. Since then it has remained a pioneer in this field, and it obtained organic certification in 1991. The Guillot-Broux now have an area of 17 hectares, and their particularity for red wines consists of planting half in Pinot Noir and half in Gamay. Wine is fully matured in wood but only 5% in new vats. Macônnais Connoisseurs are delighted with such fine, succulent wines, with constantly nice prices!
