The wine

Passionate about his land and his craft, Bernard Van Berg has managed to uncover the mysterious and perfect balance between nature and man, enabling him to produce pure wines of great precision. He categorically refuses to use any chemicals or machinery in his vineyard. Every stage of the process is entirely manual, from ploughing the soil to harvesting the grapes. The intentionally low yields guarantee premium quality raw materials. The result is a fragrant, authentic cuvée produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, crafted as ‘simply as possible’.
The pale colour graced with bright tints is sublimated by an expressive bouquet combining scents of pear, yellow peach and white flowers with indulgent touches of butter. The fresh, full-bodied mouthfeel gently leads to a fresh, fruity finish.
