The wine
Les Bousselots is a wine with an invigorating freshness, slight acidity and sharp tannins. The balance is very good, as is the fruitiness.
Gilles Remoriquet is located on this 10 hectare family domaine, which has seen four generations of wine growers unfold. An enologist, Gilles is a graduate of the University of Dijon. He respects the Burgundian model of wine traditions: ploughing, limited yields, manual harvesting and barrel élevage. He markets a fine selection of premier crus at Nuits-Saint-Georges and Vosne-Romanée, all of which reflect his talent.
