Aging for 12 to 15 months in oak barrels (30% renewed each year) enables the production of extremely well-concentrated, distinguished wines, which are suited to long cellaring.
Château Tour des Termes' vineyard lies mostly on gravelly hilltops. The property also produces a prestige wine from old vines, consisting mainly of Merlot.
