The wine

40% aged in oak barrels, the Fixin Premier Cru Clos du Chapitre is produced on a plot of land in the heart of the village of Fixin. It is characterised by spectacular minerality on the palate, with frank, open notes of dark fruits.

Managed for 20 years by Jean-Nicolas Méo, Domaine Méo-Camuzet owns vines in the most prestigious appellations, mainly in Côtes de Nuits. Renowned for the elegance and subtlety of its wines, this domain broadened its collection of appellations with a harvesting business operating under the name Méo-Camuzet Frère et Soeurs.
