The wine
Les Beaux-Monts is a superb vineyard parcel on the hills above Vosne-Romanée. This is a superb deep and immensely complex Vosne wine.
Domaine Charles Noëllat had ideally located plots in Vosne, especially the grand cru Richebourg. The domaine was bought in 1988 by Lalou Bize-Leroy to become the future Domaine Leroy. Today, collectors eagerly grasp the few remaining bottles.
