Charles Lachaux is, without question, the winemaker to watch right now in the Côte de Nuits. Still in his thirties, he has already attracted close attention from leading critics, many of whom praise his approach inspired by Lalou Bize-Leroy at the renowned family estate, Arnoux-Lachaux.
