La Tour Saint-Bonnet produces a classic Médoc with a preponderance of Merlot. An indulgent, suave, refined wine which can be drunk young and fruity. The bouquet exudes aromas of red berries (strawberry, cherry), black berries (blackberry, blackcurrant) and licorice. Balanced, rounded and pleasant on the palate.
Yes, the tower which gave Château Tour Saint Bonnet its name really does exist, and you can see it on the label. In this Médoc cru bourgeois, Merlot takes pride of place in the vineyards, with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec.
