Uchizy Les Maranches offers a yellow visual aspect, a nose that is fruity (peach and citrus) and floral and a very full palate, with richness and a certain minerality.
Domaine Les Héritiers du Comte Lafon, in the Mâconnais, was created in 1999 by Dominique Lafon (Domaine des Comtes Lafon in Meursault). It has shown itself as a fine example of the appellation with particularly high quality white wines. The vines are now managed according to the principles of organic agriculture and biodynamics.
