The wine
Château Saint-Bonnet wines are vinified with scrupulous attention to quality using traditional methods. The result is wines that are fruity, structured and elegant.
Michel Solivères bought the property in 1959. Château Saint-Bonnet now owns 80 hectares including 50 under Mécdoc appellation. His son Gérard is now looking after the property.
